Disability Related Medical Queries

The requirements set forth in ADA, FMLA and Workers’ Compensation not only differ from each other, but also change when a claim or issue is covered by more than one of these regulations. Your inquiries as an employer, as well as requests for medical examination, are strictly limited depending on which regulations apply. HRM Consulting will advise, on a case by case basis, as to the procedures to be followed and the documentation both recommended and required.
