In addition to providing vocational expert services, HRM Consulting provides expert testimony and litigation support regarding ADA, FEHA, FMLA, CFRA and the related wrongful termination and retaliation issues for both the defense and plaintiff.
We can also assist your organization in responding to EEOC, EDD and DOL complaints and are available to appear on your behalf. Our ADA documentation includes parameters for analysis of “evidence” supporting essential function classification and the “reason/s” for the classification. The employer is provided the elements of evidence necessary to successfully defend this document.
